Parivartan Saathis

The program led by the parivartan saathis has made significant strides in shifting the youths’ attitudes. The program is designed on the concept of Equal – I (Main Samdarshi), the main components are: Sakaratmak Mardangi (Positive masculinities), Sahyogi Abhibhavak Sahbhagi Parivar (Positive Parenting), Khushhaal Bachpan (Happy Childhood), Gender equality. These role models inspire their peers and contribute to creating a more inclusive environment where both boys and girls can pursue personal growth without being confined by gendered expectations.

The involvement of boys in social change efforts ensures the sustainability of the program’s impact, as they carry forward the message of equality into their families, schools, and communities, ultimately paving the way for a more equitable future for all.
